1. 3D Visualization Expert
Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Visualization Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations to bring our projects to life. You will be working closely with our design and engineering teams to produce visualizations that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models using AutoCAD and Sketch Up for various projects.
- Render high-quality images and animations using Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Blender.
- Utilize basic Photoshop skills to edit and enhance 3D renderings.
- Employ basic A.I. techniques to improve the efficiency and quality of visualizations.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Demonstrate a continuous eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques in the field of 3D visualization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of quality.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Proven experience of 3+ years in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, V-Ray , blender and 3ds Max.
- Basic proficiency in Photoshop and an understanding of A.I. as it applies to 3D visualization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of 3D visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Hardworking attitude with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and producing quality work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Engineering) is preferred but not required.
2. Draftsman
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce reflected ceiling plans that align with architectural designs and project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and interior designers to integrate lighting, HVAC, and ceiling materials into plans.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary data for planning.
- Utilize design software (AutoCAD, Revit) to create detailed and precise ceiling plans.
- Prepare documentation and reports related to reflect ceiling plans for project meetings and client presentations.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to confirm feasibility and implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to ceiling design and installation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in commercial or residential design projects is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience: 4+ years
- Knowledge of lighting design principles and integration.
- Experience with project management and client relations.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials.
3. Archiect
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to work on diverse architectural projects from concept development to project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design abilities, technical knowledge, and the capability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Technical Development:
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings based on project requirements.
- Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and design documentation.
- Ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, and sustainability standards.
- Work with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in preparing concept design presentations and BOQs (Civil and Architectural).
- Support project planning, timelines, and documentation.
- Site Visits & Client Interaction:
- Conduct site visits and assist in site inspections when required.
- Participate in meetings with clients to understand project requirements.
- Ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and design intent.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in preparing architectural plans, working drawings, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with MEP, Structural, and other consultants during project development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in relavant field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Strong design sense and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and methodologies.
- Portfolio demonstrating architectural design and technical capabilities.
4. Junior Architect
Position Summary:

5. Interior Designer Intern
Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer Intern to support our design team in conceptualizing and executing diverse interior projects. This internship provides hands-on exposure to live projects, space planning, material selection, technical drawings, site coordination, and client interactions under the guidance of experienced interior designers.
